While most kids were watching the Disney Channel, Molly was glued to HGTV reruns. She dragged her parents to open houses (they weren’t looking to buy) and rearranged her bedroom constantly, already paying attention to how spaces functioned and felt.
Life took her down a different path for nearly a decade, working as a social worker with people who were incarcerated in the Richmond, Virginia area. Alongside experience in event planning, floral design, and the hospitality industry in Northern Virginia—and growing up in the Virginia Beach area—that work shaped a design approach grounded in empathy, structure, and real life.
Today, Molly brings that perspective into every project, designing homes that are thoughtful, functional, and deeply human, with equal attention to aesthetics and how a space supports the people living in it.
